Manchester City have been beaten by old foes Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon. Though Jurgen Klopp's side had a galvanising result midweek as they stuck seven past Rangers, they've had a difficult start to the season with just two league wins to their name so far and are down in 11th place.
Both teams went into the game far from full strength, Liverpool especially. The hosts will be without seven players as Luis Diaz, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Curtis Jones, Naby Keita, Arthur and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are all sidelined.
City do have three injuries of their own, though, with England trio Kyle Walker, Kalvin Phillips and John Stones unavailable.
The Blues played well, and thought they took the lead when Phil Foden scored, but VAR penalised a foul by Erling Haaland in the build-up, much to the fury of Pep Guardiola.
