Francesco Bagnaia membuat pernyataan kontroversial usai balapan di MotoGP Prancis 2023. Bagnaia menyebut harus ada gap antara motor pabrikan dan motor tim satelit.

Hal ini ia ungkapkan saat bicara soal banyaknya insiden balapan di lap-lap awal. Menurutnya, banyaknya kecelakaan di awal balapan disebabkan banyak motor yang menyodok ke depan, salah satunya motor tim satelit yang kian kencang.
