Former Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard has praised Hannibal Mejbri after yet another good performance against Burnley at the weekend.
Hannibal scored his first senior goal for United in the recent 3-1 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion. And the Tunisian was chosen to start in the Premier League for the first time this season away at Turf Moor.
He was lauded for his performance against the Clarets as the Reds beat Vincent Kompany's men 1-0 thanks to Bruno Fernandes' volley.
With the centre of the pitch a problem area for United this season and injuries mounting, now would be the perfect time for the 20-year-old to show Erik ten Hag what he can do.
