Critics of Manchester City star Jack Grealish have been told why he deserves his place in the England squad, by a former City and Three Lions boss.
Grealish has spent the vast majority of his time at the Etihad Stadium under the spotlight following his move from Aston Villa for £100m.
The 27-year-old's display against Borussia Dortmund left people questioning his role in the City side. However, the winger would quickly bounce back as he opened the scoring for the Blues in their 3-0 victory over Wolves just before the international break.
Despite that goal, some remained unsure whether Grealish deserved a place in the England World Cup squad in Qatar.
