This Morning viewers slammed an interview with celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo as 'tone deaf' as he appeared via video link from his hot tub at his home in Sicily.

Gino appeared reclining in the bubbling tub next to a swimming pool for a chat with hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Monday's episode (September 5).

The Italian star made an appearance to chat about his ITV show Gino’s Italy: Like Mamma Used To Make, which sees him return to his native country on a personal food odyssey to celebrate the women who have fed Italy and shaped the country’s cuisine, starting in his place of birth where he learnt to cook in the kitchens of his Nonna Flora and Mamma Alba. @PatelBropodcast said: "People in the UK: we are facing a cost of living crisis Gino: check out my pool totally tone deaf." Absolutely disgusting. #ThisMorning should be ashamed of themselves - flaunting wealth is very poor taste." And @Arnutt7 complained: "Cost of living is biting." Other viewers complained over chat about Gino's 'willy' during the interview.
