Premier League icons Ian Wright and Alan Shearer have praised Manchester United starlet Kobbie Mainoo after his showing against Liverpool.

The 18-year-old was a standout performer in the United midfield as Amad rounded off a memorable comeback at Old Trafford, booking a place at Wembley next month.

Erik ten Hag's side will meet Championship side Coventry City in the semi-finals thanks to the Ivorian's late extra-time winner.
