Former Premier League goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen believes Thomas Frank would command the respect to get the best out of Manchester United's stars.
Erik ten Hag has been under increasing pressure at Old Trafford following United's run of just two wins from the opening seven games of the Premier League season.
Brentford manager Frank is one of several managers - along with Gareth Southgate and Thomas Tuchel before his appointment as England manager earlier this week - who have been touted as potential replacements if the Dutchman were to lose his job. And speaking to Bedste, Frank's countryman Sorensen believes the Brentford manager is the ideal replacement for Ten Hag at United. "Thomas Frank has a great pedigree in Denmark having developed so much talent with the youth teams and what he has done at Brentford is incredible," said the former Stoke City and Aston Villa shot-stopper. "He has created a very specific culture and a playing style while recruiting players that fit his structure.
