Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Manchester United’s pursuit of Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The Red Devils have identified the 27-year-old as their next target after signing three players for Erik ten Hag this summer.
Sky Sports claimed last week that an initial £15m fee has been agreed between United and Juventus, with Ten Hag ‘very keen’ on the French midfielder.
There is reportedly ‘full alignment’ between the manager and the recruitment team when it comes to transfers, with personal terms still needing to sorted before Rabiot is a United player.
Speaking to GiveMeSport on Monday, Romano said that contacts are ‘ongoing’ over personal terms and that United are still ‘working’ to get a deal finalised.
