Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly looking to leave Manchester United in January after missing out on a move away from the club this summer.

The 37-year-old's future was a constant talking point throughout the transfer window, after reports emerged that Ronaldo wanted to leave United in pursuit of Champions League football.

Erik ten Hag would have been glad to put the rumours to bed when September 1 came and went, as he looks to focus on integrating the five-time Ballon d'Or winner into his plans for the season.

However, according to The Sun, Ronaldo is now pushing for a move to leave the club this winter when the January transfer window opens.
