Celtic legend Henrik Larsson joins Arsenal and Liverpool icons in all-star bid to buy English club

Henrik Larsson is 'in the process' of taking over a team in the English Football League alongside Dutch heroes Dirk Kuyt and Dennis Bergkamp.

The Celtic legend is part of a consortium that features the Liverpool and Arsenal icons and the three teamed up in an attempt to buy Wycombe Wanderers in 2019.

But all went quiet after their bid fell through, with fan-owned Wycombe then selling shares to an American investor instead.

Now though, it appears their ambitious bid has been revived, with a mystery club down south in their cross hairs. Netherlands boss Ronald Koeman is also involved as an advisor and the news comes from agent Rob Jansen, one of the men behind the takeover attempt.
