Midfield has been a problem for Manchester United for the last few weeks, but now it looks like it is about to finally be solved.
Casemiro will be back from his four-match suspension and free to start in Europe anyway when they face Sevilla next Thursday, while Christian Eriksen should also be in contention to start after his brief cameo on Saturday.
With two hugely influential players coming back into the squad, it is going to be fascinating to see what Erik ten Hag does with his midfield when he has all of his big hitters available again next week. It seems certain that at least one of Casemiro or Eriksen will start against Sevilla, such is their immense individual talent, but it leaves Ten Hag with a dilemma to solve with regard to Fernandes.
