Coronation Street had a dream night on home turf at the British Soap Awards winning a string of the top gongs. The awards ceremony this year took place at The Lowry theatre in Salford - just across the water from the ITV set.
The Manchester-set soap was the biggest winner on the night, scooping six awards. However, they failed to take the biggest gong - for soap of the year - which instead went to BBC's EastEnders.

And a delighted Charlotte was back on stage with her co-stars to collect both the Scene of The Year award and Best Single Episode for the dramatic acid attack in the soap.
