A main road in Disley is closed off this morning after a serious crash in the early hours. The A6 is currently shut from Light Alders Lane to Carr Brow, High Lane.

The closure is blocking the main entrance to Lyme Park. Eyewitnesses have reported seeing a huge emergency services presence on the scene at around 3am.
