Brennan Johnson has been easing the pressure on Wales star Gareth Bale amid his incredible form this season, according to national team boss Robert Page.
The 21-year-old wide-man has featured in almost 60 games across all competitions for the Reds and the national team, impressing both domestically and internationally throughout the season.
Johnson has enjoyed a particularly fruitful Championship campaign for Forest, netting 18 times and contributing eight more in assists as Steve Cooper's side won promotion into the Premier League for the first time in 23 years.
That form continued into his latest international call-up as he struck his debut Wales goal in the 1-1 draw with Belgium on Saturday (June 11) and found the net again in a 3-2 defeat to Holland on (June 14).
