Bob MacIntyre will try and clean up his act when it comes to swearing, but insists he isn't going to change how he speaks to people.

The Oban golfer apologised for letting rip with expletives during the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship on Friday after he finished his round with a double bogey.

And while he's willing to work on not turning the air so blue, he can't guarantee he'll be cusring under his breath in the future...because he's Scottish, after all.

Sky commentators had to apologise when McIntyre dropped a number of F-bombs . But he reassured fans and viewrs that he's swearing at no-one but himself and it's difficult to keep a lid on the language with his frustration boils over.
