Ducati’s reigning MotoGP Champion Pecco Bagnaia has been voted BSN’s premier class rider of 2022. While the season’s top four fight continued through the reader vote, Bagnaia claimed the poll over rivals Fabio Quartararo, Enea Bastianini and Aleix Espargaro with outgoing team-mate Jack Miller rounding out the top five as he did in the championship standings.

Cal Crutchlow’s late season stand-out, stand-in performance on the RNF Yamaha saw the British rider complete the top six in the public preference.
