WWE: What Vince McMahon wouldn't let Randy Orton do at big show revealed
WWE Superstar Randy Orton wasn’t allowed to ride a camel at Crown Jewel 2021 after orders from Vince McMahon.
Matt Riddle rode a camel to the ring for RK-Bro’s match at the show against AJ Styles and Omos, which Randy wanted to do too.
However, Vince McMahon, who was WWE CEO, Chairman and Head of Creative at the time, didn’t want his top star to do it.
As noted, Riddle rode a camel to the ring for his match with Omos and Styles, but Orton instead just walked alongside him.
While speaking with The Metro, Riddle recalled the bizarre interaction between Orton and McMahon at the show in Saudi Arabia, via No DQ.
You know who wasn’t happy about it though? Randy. He wanted to ride a camel and Vince wouldn’t let him. He goes, ‘Randy, that’s not your character, riding a camel.’ He’s like, ‘What does that mean man?! My character doesn’t ride a camel?!’
Vince clearly didn't think Randy was the type of person who would ride a camel to the ring, so didn't let him do it before the pair retained their Raw Tag Team Championships at the show.
However, now that Vince is out of WWE and Triple H is running the show, perhaps Orton will be able to convince his former mentor to let him ride a camel when he returns from his back injury...

Randy hasn't wrestled or even been seen on WWE TV since May 2022, where he and Riddle dropped the Raw Tag Team Championship to The Usos.
After the show, it became clear that Orton was out of action with a serious back injury, with WWE fearing that he wouldn't wrestle again until 2023, according to Fightful.
