WWE Extreme Rules: Michael Cole's brutal commentary on young Raw star

WWE Extreme Rules saw some truly incredible commentary from long-time announcer Michael Cole.

The calls came during Edge’s ‘I Quit match’ with former Judgement Day stablemate Finn Balor.

Cole has been widely praised for the pure emotional commentary that was on full display during the match.

As noted, Cole’s amazing commentary came during the show’s ‘I Quit’ match, specifically when Dominik Mysterio attacked his father Rey, both of whom had gotten involved in the match.

Cole was seriously emotional with his commentary when discussing Dominik attacking his father, and it’s truly out-of-this-world.

Amongst Cole’s other several quality lines, the SmackDown commentator spoke about how Dominik’s parents gave him everything he could want as a child, which he’s now thrown away.

Cole also repeatedly questioned what Dominik was doing, only going further to emphasise just how emotional and story-driven his feud has been, and continues to be.

As you can see from the selection of tweets below, fans have been quick to praise Cole for his incredible commentary, noting how his calls really helped enhance the story WWE is trying to tell.

In fact, Cole’s commentary was so good that one fan has said that it was their favourite moment of the night, excluding Bray Wyatt’s return.

As
