Cody Rhodes is one of the biggest names in WWE and professional wrestling today, in light of his shock return to the company this year.

Cody’s return at WrestleMania was one of the biggest moments in recent history, and was one of full circle for Rhodes himself given his departure in 2016 as the mid-card comedy character Stardust.

In his time on the independent scene and with AEW, Rhodes became a huge star and one who has been treated like that since his return.

He defeated Seth Rollins on three consecutive occasions upon return, the last inside Hell in a Cell with a torn pectoral muscle in one of the gutsiest performances of all time. His comeback from injury will hopefully come in time for the road to WrestleMania, where there's little doubt he will play a big role.

Cody attended Lassister High School where he was a two-time Georgia State Champion in the 177lb (86kg) division in 2003 and 2004, his final two years in school.

While in High School, Cody also performed as a referee in his father’s promotion, Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling.

In his first run in WWE, Cody often wrestled as part of a tag team, notably with Ted Di Biase Jr. and his brother, Goldust. He won two Tag Titles apiece with them. He also captured Tag gold with Hardcore Holly and Drew McIntyre. Expect his history with Drew to be mentioned in any future angle.
