Woman shares onion peel method to prevent food waste – and make tasty recipes

If you're the type to toss out vegetable scraps without a second thought, one savvy influencer is here to change your ways.

Her followers were quick to express their enthusiasm for the tip. One person commented: "What a great idea! I save my veggie scraps in a bag in the freezer. Just keep adding to it, then when it's full I make broth. So flavourful."

Another follower chimed in: "I have a bag of onion skins going right now to do this," while a different user recommended: "I tried this and it tasted like air add
