Woman, 21, dies in early hours crash on M62

manchestereveningnews.co.ukA 21-year-old woman has died in a crash in the M62. The crash happened on the westbound carriageway of the motorway in Merseyside in the early hours of this morning (Saturday).
Police said it involved a grey Vauxhall Corsa and a silver Mercedes C180. A man and woman were rushed to hospital from the scene.

A 22-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Police have launched an investigation.
