Where you can get your wristband for Manchester Pride 2023

Today (August 25) officially marks the start of Manchester Pride - one of the country's biggest celebrations of the LGBTQ+ community.

For those lucky enough to be attending, you'll be pleased to know the Manchester Pride 2023 box office is now officially open and ready for attendees to swap their tickets for a pledge band.

Whether you’re coming for the day or the full weekend, all attendees will need to wear a wristband to gain access - and make the most of - the Gay Village Party, which this year includes the likes of Danny Beard, Jake Shears, Alison Goldfrapp, Pabllo Vittar, BIMINI, Lisa Scott-Lee, Lucky Roy Singh, Cheddar Gorgeous, Black Peppa, Ginny Lemon and plenty more.

For those leaving it to the last minute, there are still some tickets available on Ticketmaster. Organisers have said weekend and day tickets are still available, but all VIP and low-income tickets are now sold out.

In order to grab your pledge wristband, you’ll need to head to the official box office which is situated at Aytoun Street Car Park, M1 3DG - opposite the Kampus neighbourhood and Manchester Crown Court.

The opening times are as follows:

Fri 25 Aug: 12:00 - 00:00
Sat 26 Aug: 12:00 - 00:00
Sun 27 Aug : 12:00 - 00:00
Mon 28 Aug: 12:00 - 18:00

You will need to bring with you either your mobile ticket (which can be printed out) or a physical ticket purchased from Gay Village venues in order to exchange it for a pledge band.

To access your mobile ticket on your phone, you will need to download the Ticketmaster App and access your event order. Underneath your ticket, click ‘add to wallet’. This will let you access the ticket quickly when you arrive without the need to use the internet.
