When is the Carabao Cup second round draw and who can Exeter City face?
Exeter City will be in draw for the second draw of the Carabao Cup. The Grecians booked their spot after a record-breaking 7-0 away win to Cheltenham Town.
Sam Nombe scored twice, with Archie Collins, Matt Jay, Jack Sparkes, Harry Kite and Josh Coley also on the scoresheet. City cruised into the second round for the first time since 2019 as they await tonight’s draw.
The draw for round two takes place tonight live on Sky Sports following the conclusion of Sheffield Wednesday v Sunderland tie. Sky’s new Carabao Cup presenter for 2022/23, Mark Chapman, will host the draw with former Owls’ striker Clinton Morrison and Sunderland hero Michael Gray selecting the ties.
