What Todd Cantwell said to Celtic captain Callum McGregor before Rangers full-time scuffle

Footage has emerged that appears to show the loaded conversation that set-up Todd Cantwell and Callum McGregor's full-time rammy after the Old Firm game.

After the thrilling 3-3 derby showdown, Rangers playmaker Cantwell was involved in a shoving match with the Celtic captain after both Glasgow giants took a Scottish Premiership point from the encounter. Left-back Greg Taylor would lead the Hoops' players in breaking up the storm between the two rivals - while Rangers' defender Leon Balogun would drag Cantwell away from the fiery post-match scuffle.

But it appears that the bust-up had been bubbling on the field between the two as the Sky Sports cameras caught the duo having an exchange during the 90 minutes having both come off the bench as second half substitutes. And now online sleuths have broken down the spat between the rivals before tensions reached boiling point after Rabbi Matondo's late Ibrox equaliser.

With the game poised at 2-1, McGregor could be seen pointing to the scoreboard as Cantwell. Social media lip readers reckon that McGregor told his foe "it's over" after the jibe.

Cantwell appears to say "we'll see" several times in response to the Celtic skipper. In the end - Cantwell was proven right as Philippe Clement's men found a route back into the game.
