'What the hell' - Former Premier League star sends Manchester United Andre Onana warning

Former Netherlands international Ruud Gullit believes Erik ten Hag could have a difficult decision to make in goal after Andre Onana was guilty of committing two errors in Manchester United's 3-3 draw with Galatasaray on Wednesday evening.

Fresh from recording a third clean sheet in his last four games against Everton at the weekend, Onana failed to cover himself in glory when Galatasaray, who were 2-0 down, found a route back into the contest via a Hakim Ziyech free-kick. The Moroccan bent an effort through the wall and Onana failed to react in time.

Ziyech then netted a second just past the hour-mark to pull another goal back for the home side, who were 3-1 down at that juncture after Scott McTominay had restored United's two-goal advantage 10 minutes into the second half. His inswinging delivery was fumbled by the Cameroonian, allowing the ball to squirm through his hands and go into the net.

Onana, though he has shown signs of improvement in recent Premier League fixtures, has not covered himself in glory at certain junctures of United's Champions League campaign. He was at fault for the first goal United conceded against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena in September and Galatasaray's comeback against the Reds at Old Trafford in October stemmed from a reckless goal kick.

Though Gullit rates Onana, he believes he has cost United once too often, suggesting Ten Hag might have a big decision to face.
