"What's wrong with people?!": Horrifying video shows fight breaking out on busy road as car appears to CIRCLE man... before driving RIGHT at him

Horrifying footage shows the moment a fight broke out in the middle of a busy road - with ‘gas cylinders’ lobbed and one car appearing to circle a man before driving directly towards him.

According to eyewitnesses, the brawl erupted on Stamford Road East near Tameside College in Ashton-under-Lyne just before 11am on Saturday (May 11) in broad daylight.

One witness, who filmed the shocking incident on his phone, said a BMW and Vauxhall were travelling on the road in opposite directions when they both came to a sudden stop.

The witness, who asked not to be named, said a man then got out of the BMW and launched a ‘gas cylinder’ at the Vauxhall.

“They both came in opposite directions and suddenly both stopped in front of our building. A man came out of a BMW and threw a gas cylinder at the Vauxhall car. That was the beginning.

“It was shocking. We used to walk through that footpath with our kids and felt a bit unsafe after this incident,” he said.

Video footage appears to show a man running towards a Vauxhall and pushing the driver’s door shut as the driver attempts to escape. A leg then appears out the car window as the driver seemingly attempts to kick the man.

Simultaneously a man in the passenger seat gets out of the car with what appears to be a full blown balloon hanging from his mouth. He then seemingly launches a canister at the other man.

Footage then shows the man who initially ran at the Vauxhall fleeing down the road before running back towards the car brandishing what appears to be a canister and approaching the driver’s door. The driver ducks and the passenger, now rid of his balloon, appears to
