What's on when - a packed weekend of sport on RTÉ

It's the most wonderful time of the year, sang Andy Williams about grey and bleak December, but you've got to believe that’s only because he never sampled the delights of Fitzgerald Stadium in the late May sunshine.

There’s a veritable feast of sporting action in store this weekend with the weekend's biggest events covered live across RTÉ Television, Radio and Online.

Here’s what’s going on and he’s how you can keep up with it all.

Huge weekend of live sport. On Saturday, two provincial football finals (Munster and Leinster) and Champions League final on @rte2, Champions Cup final commentary on @RTERadio1. On Sunday, more provincial finals - Connacht and Ulster - on @rte2 as well as live radio commentaries pic.twitter.com/oMGUj0Mz2Z

Saturday

Kerry v Limerick, 2:30pm RTÉ2

Joanne Cantwell presents all the action from the Munster Senior Football Championship final at Fitzgerald Stadium where Kerry go head to head with Limerick.

Shorn of the likes of Dara Moynihan, Stefan Okunbor and Mike Breen, defending champions Kerry take on a fully fit Limerick side looking to cause a major upset and become only the second team to best Kerry in the Munster final in the 10 years.

Dublin vs Kildare, 5pm RTÉ2

There's a double helping on provincial football action and follow hot on the heels of the Munster final is the Leinster decider where Kildare will be hoping to dethrone Dublin.

The Dubs may not be the all-conquering behemoths of years gone by, but they've won 16 of the last 17 Leinster football finals played and are heavy favourites against a Kildare side that were well beaten by Dublin in last year's final.
