The NBA coaching carousel continues to turn after the Cleveland Cavaliers fired J.B. Bickerstaff on Thursday.
As things stand, three teams — the Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers and Washington Wizards — are without head coaches. For the Lakers and Cavs, it's about searching for a new voice to continue playoff and championship pursuits. For the Wizards, it is about finding a coach to grow with a new executive team and shepherd a rebuilding process.
Mike Budenholzer's move to the Suns' sidelines was the most recent coaching hire. The Brooklyn Nets have already confirmed their decision, bringing in former Sacramento Kings assistant and current Canadian National Team coach Jordi Fernandez to be their next coach. The Charlotte Hornets will tap Boston Celtics assistant Charles Lee for what sources told Wojnarowski will be a four-year deal.
