What Rangers strikers can match Michael Beale demand and who should Celtic look at if Kyogo needs surgery? – Monday Jury

KEITH JACKSON: Rodgers will have a long list of options but if Kyogo is happy to manage his injury without the need for going under the knife - as seems to be the case - then the Celtic boss won't have to rush into the market. He'll struggle to find a like-for-like replacement.

FRASER WILSON: Furuhashi will play on until he feels he needs surgery so there’s no pressing need especially with Daizen Maeda doing the business through the middle. But Rodgers will no doubt want another striker in anyway and I’d expect the Far East market would be first port of call again.:

MICHAEL GANNON: It doesn’t sound like an immediate priority and Kyogo seems comfortable playing on for now. It might be an issue down the line but Rodgers is not too concerned.

SCOTT BURNS: I know that Brendan Rodgers was a fan of Ross Stewart when he was at Leicester and he would give the Celtic frontline different. The Hoops will just be keeping their fingers crossed that Kyogo can play on for as long as he can.

KEITH: Obviously Beale will be banking on goals from new No.9 Cyriel Dessers. But he'll be hoping the likes of Todd Cantwell, Sam Lammers, Kieran Dowell and Kemar Roofe will chip in with decent numbers.

FRASER: Cyriel Dessers will have to if he’s to be worth the £4.5m fee. I’d expect Todd Cantwell and Tom Lawrence to be around that mark should they stay injury free. A fit Kemar Roofe would also hit double figures but I’m not convinced Sam Lammers or Abdallah Sima will.

MICHAEL: You’d fancy James Tavernier to do his usual, Sam Lammers will get chances and Todd Cantwell has a goal in him. Cyriel Dessers will weigh in with a few. Someone hitting 30 will be more important.

SCOTT: The captain, James Tavernier, is a given. I would also back Cyriel Dessers
