We rang the changes and to see the boys come in and perform like that against good opposition was excellent. We know Sunderland's philosophy in terms of how they go about it.
I thought the boys got stronger as the game wore on and I thought we started to dominate the game in and out of possession.

Dennis has got good feet on the ball and he moves really well. You can see the different dynamics that he brings the team in terms of his ability in midfield and we wanted that this season.

Dennis has certainly put his foot forward in terms of that performance. I thought you showed moments of what Tyreeq [Bakinson] will bring to us. He covered the ground well and was very smooth in transition. He is player that I feel can turn defending into attacking in seconds.
