Manchester United lost 2-0 against West Ham in the Premier League at the London Stadium.

United drew 0-0 with Liverpool at Anfield last weekend and although the performance wasn't pretty, supporters were delighted with the points being shared after fearing another heavy scoreline before the match.

The challenge for the players was to build on that spirited display against West Ham but they failed and the hosts claimed the victory.

United struggled to create chances despite having the bulk of the possession and West Ham scored twice in the second half through Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus to win the three points.

United have failed to score in four straight games for the first time since 1992.

Luke Shaw described United's performance against West Ham on Saturday as 'not good enough'.

United wanted to build on their spirited performance against Liverpool last weekend, but they stumbled to a disappointing 2-0 defeat against West Ham after goals from Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus.

Although Alejandro Garnacho wasted a big opportunity in the first half, chances were at a premium and United have now failed to score in four straight games for the first since autumn 1992.

United have struggled for goals and Scott McTominay remains the team's top goalscorer with a tally of six. Rasmus Hojlund was replaced by Marcus Rashford shortly after half-time but neither player could make a difference.
