West Ham 'set Declan Rice price tag' amid Man City 'interest' and more transfers rumours
West Ham will reportedly demand £100m for midfielder Declan Rice this summer as several Premier League clubs continue to monitor the England international.
According to ESPN, interested parties will have to pay £100m to sign the 24-year-old at the end of the season. It adds that Arsenal have made him their top target for the upcoming transfer window, while City, Chelsea and Liverpool are also thought to be admirers of the player.
Rice is out of contract at West Ham in June 2024, however, Hammers manager David Moyes has already insisted that his captain will not depart for a cut-price fee. The Three Lions ace has made 43 appearances in all competitions this season, registering four goals and four assists for the Irons.

The current British transfer record is the £106million fee Chelsea paid Benfica for Argentinian midfielder Enzo Fernandez in January, which came after he won the World Cup in Qatar.
Elsewhere, 90min have reported that City are close to finalising a new contract with youngster Rico Lewis, who has impressed in his breakthrough campaign.
The report claims terms are close to being finalised after the club opened talks with the player earlier this year. Lewis, who made his Premier League debut in August, has made 19 appearances in all competitions this term, scoring one goal.
It is understood that Pep Guardiola views Lewis as Kyle Walker's eventual successor, with the latter entering the final year of his contract at City.
