Viktor Gyokeres Man United transfer U-turn as £34m 'offer' made to replace Erik ten Hag flop
Manchester United's summer transfer business is starting to ramp back up following a positive start to the window. Ruben Amorim's side got a deal done on June 1, as Matheus Cunha made the £62.5million move from Wolves.
Shortly after, Bryan Mbeumo expressed his desire to move to Old Trafford despite interest from Newcastle United and Tottenham. Young left-back Diego Leon is also set to join the club from Cerro Porteño for a fee of £3.3million fee, rising to £7m with add-ons. Work is still to be done though, with Amorim aiming for significant improvement following the disappointment of the last campaign.
