Victoria Beckham told 'stop' as she returns to singing roots with impromptu Spice Girls performance

Victoria Beckham has been told to 'stop' after she returned to her singing roots while celebrating her husband David's latest big night in his post-footballing career. Last week the former Manchester United and England footballer attended a high-profile ceremony to celebrate the signing of star footballer Lionel Messi to Inter Miami CF, the club he owns.

As well as the thousands who filled out the stands in the stadium, David was supported by Victoria and the couple's two youngest children - Cruz and Harper. However, despite being in Miami, the weather wasn't in the event's favour - or David's - as rain hit and caused the dad-of-four to slip but he managed to stay upright before continuing with a very slow walk to where he needed to be.

Sharing the moment to his Instagram Story after it was posted on a sport TikTok account, David, 48, wrote: "I mean..." alongside a crying laughing emoji. And wife Victoria, 49, didn't miss chance to share it either with her tens of millions of followers. Sharing the same clip to her own Instagram Story, the Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer said: "He's not a natural on the catwalk."

And the celebrations continued over the weekend as Messi officially began his Inter Miami career on Saturday by scoring against Cruz Azul at the DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

David, who formed Inter Miami in 2018 and is a co-owner, and was seen watching the match along with famous names such as basketball player LeBron James, tennis star Serena Williams and TV personality Kim Kardashian.
