Urgent appeal issued as concerns grow for missing Greater Manchester man

Police are growing concerned for a missing man from Salford. Officers says Mason was last seen at 12.50pm on Thursday (September 5).

He was seen on Barton Road, in Swinton. Mason's surname and age have not been given by Greater Manchester Police.

He is described as being 6ft tall, with blond/brown hair and of muscular build. Mason also has a tattoo of a dog on the back of his leg.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a rain mac and shorts. Police released a photo of Mason alongside an appeal to find him this morning.

A GMP spokesperson added: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Mason and want to make sure he is safe and well." Anyone who sees Mason or has information on his whereabouts is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
