Tickets for MTV EMAs in Manchester to go on sale to the public - how to register

Music fans will be in with a chance to be at one of the biggest awards shows in showbiz when the MTV EMAs come to Manchester in November for the first time. The MTV event, dubbed "music's biggest global celebration", will be broadcast live to 150 countries across the globe on the night.

It will take place at the new Co-op Live arena in Manchester - and bosses there have now announced that tickets WILL go on sale for fans to attend the event on Sunday, November 10. They have encouraged anyone interested in attending to register with the arena for "further announcements coming soon".

The global TV event was last staged in the UK in 2017 at London's Wembley Arena, and has also previously been in Liverpool and in world cities like Seville in Spain and Dusseldorf in Germany.

The event will also have a superstar host - which is set to be announced "soon", as will be the performers on stage on the night. The last time the ceremony was held in 2022 in Germany, Rita Ora and her husband film director Taika Waititi hosted the event.

Co-op Live has announced that tickets will be going on sale for the event on its social media pages and said fans can now register for ticket updates here.
