UFC London: Paddy Pimblett's opponent claims fight is 'not interesting'
Paddy Pimblett is set to return to the octagon at UFC London this weekend, and his opponent, Jordan Leavitt, has claimed that beyond the media hype, this isn’t an interesting fight at all.
Pimblett has been dominating the headlines during his appearances thus far in the company, following an incredibly impressive and explosive career in Cage Warriors.
Whilst many British fans would probably disagree with Leavitt’s assessment, it’s certainly an interesting way to try and get in the head of the Liverpool fan.
Here is what Jordan Leavitt had to say with regards to his opponent Paddy Pimblett at UFC London on Saturday, July 23rd 2022.

Speaking as part of the UFC London Media Day (via MMANews), Leavitt claimed: “I feel like if you separate all the flash from this fight, it’s not very interesting at all.
“I don’t follow him on social media, and I didn’t really know about Paddy until his debut. So, I don’t think I’m gonna be starstruck. I don’t really see him as a star.
“He’s just a guy that’s 2-0 in the UFC, and he fought some guys that had losing records in the UFC. There are plenty of guys on the roster like that.
“I’m just gonna try and separate this fight from the flash. You know, on paper, I’m not too interested in this matchup, to be honest.”
Despite the comments from his opponent, Pimblett has once again been dominating the media coverage ahead of his return to the cage this weekend.
