UFC fans slam 'ridiculous' ticket prices for huge Manchester fight with some costing £4,200

Fans hoping to snap up seats to the UFC 304 match in Manchester said they feel ‘priced out’ after seeing ticket prices.

Co-op Live will host the Ultimate Fighting Competition (UFC) on July 23, marking the first ever sporting event to be held at the £365m venue near Eastlands. The competition will also be the UFC's first European event of 2024.

But as tickets went on sale to Fight Club members for the event from the world's premier mixed martial arts organisation this morning (June 6), a number of fans slammed the ‘ridiculous’ cost of tickets.

One person said: “The average fan is now being priced out of attending events, the people who supported events when they first came to the UK but £180 for a nosebleed seat.” One other wrote: “Was hopeful of going to UFC 304 in Manchester but just saw the ticket prices… Yikes.”

Another said: “Much as I would love to go to UFC 304 in Manchester, the prices are insane. £200 for a seat in the roof, £400 for a seat with a view. At 5 in the morning. **** that.”

Alongside a crying laughing emoji, one other said: “Cheapest tickets for the UFC in Manchester I could find is £400.” Another posted: “@ufc
