Josie Gibson 'gobsmacked' as she's teased for new job a far cry from This Morning role

Josie Gibson has admitted to being left 'gobsmacked' as she was seen testing out a new job which was a far cry from her This Morning role. Ahead of her latest appearance on the ITV daytime show, a post of the programme's social page teased what she'd been up to.

Alongside a clip of Josie on a plane, This Morning teased: "@josiegibson85 has landed the perfect job... but will her new career take off?" Then during the show on Wednesday (June 5), the presenter was seen being put through her paces to see if she could become cabin crew.

Sharing a picture take during her experience of training for the role, Josie said: "On @thismorning today trying to earn my wings!!!!! Thank you to @british_airways for giving me the chance to have a taster day of training. This is me being trained in fire emergencies.

She added: "On a serious note, the training is intense, and safety is paramount, so thank you for showing me all that you have to go through to earn those wings."

Among those to respond was @peaperlucy who said: "Love this! I’m cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic and you are not wrong when you say the training is intense! I have A-levels and a foundation degree and those 5.5 weeks were the hardest of my life! Hope you had lots of fun."
