Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte Prediction: Joesph Parker Talks Heavyweight Bout

Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte is shaping up to be one of the biggest heavyweight fights in UK boxing history, and now Joseph Parker has given his prediction for the contest.

The Gyspy King and Parker have been longtime friends and training partners, so it’s probably no surprise who Parker is picking to win the contest.

It’s looking like this may well be the final boxing math of Fury’s career, and many are predicting that he could walk away with the big W on the night.

Speaking to Frank Warren TV, Parker predicted that Fury will have “too much” for his opponent on Saturday

“I feel [Fury] has too much for Whyte – size-wise, power-wise, strength. He can move, he can fight, and so I think he’s gonna get Whyte out of there in the first six rounds.

“Dillian’s got a very strong counter left hook. I got caught with it once and it put me down, so [Fury] has to be wary of that. But I think Tyson, overall, is too smart.”

As noted, Parker and Fury are longtime training partners and friends, and Parker in the past has said that he would not fight the Gypsy King, even if it meant he could not go for a title.

Speaking back in January 2022 to talkSPORT, he revealed: “We [Parker and Fury] have a great relationship, he treats me like a younger brother, his whole family looks after me.

“I’ve based myself here in Morecambe now. I’ve stayed in his house, I’m using his gym. I think I’ll never fight him. I’ll let him do his thing and fight everyone else. I’ll try to go another path and do my best to win the other belts if I can.”
