Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte: Carl Froch went full Carl Froch in interview
Carl Froch took just 15 seconds into his BBC Breakfast interview to remind everyone that he fought at Wembley in front of 80,000 fans.
On the morning of the Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte bout, Froch made sure to tell everyone about his record-breaking fight with George Groves back in 2014.
Knowing very well that his Wembley attendance record would be overshadowed tonight, Froch brought it up once again with a cheeky smirk on his face.
Fury vs Whyte is set to up that number to an incredible 94,000 people, and making it even worse for Froch, EkowEssuman fighting on the undercard will put him second on the list of Nottingham boxers to fight in front of the biggest Wembley crowd.
It’s always nice to remind yourself of a good fight, so why not do it all the time, especially if it was record-breaking at the time and also a Knockout of the Year winner.
Froch vs Groves was first fought at the Manchester Arena in November 2013 and was controversially won by Froch after the referee stopped the fight in the ninth round.
