Two Man City Premier League fixtures given new kick-off times

Two of Manchester City's first three April fixtures have been allocated new kick-off times after the Premier League announced its latest batch of TV fixtures.

City, who will be hoping to progress to the FA Cup quarter-finals when they face Luton Town in the fifth round at Kenilworth Road this evening, will now face Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, April 3 at 8.15pm, which the game chosen for live broadcast on TNT Sports. In a slight change, the contest was originally scheduled for an 8pm kick-off on the same date.

Though it is still taking place on the same date as originally planned, City's clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday, April 6 will also be broadcast on UK TV. Again being shown live on TNT Sports, the Selhurst Park showdown will now kick-off at 12.30pm, opposed to 3pm.

Following those slight alterations, City's clash with Luton at the Etihad Stadium the following weekend has kept its original date and kick-off time. The clash with the relegation-threatened outfit will get underway at 3pm on Saturday, April 13, with the fixture not selected for TV broadcast.

City's reverse meeting with Luton earlier this season was shown live on Sky Sports, with Guardiola's troops coming from 1-0 down to win 2-1 at Kenilworth Road. Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish scored quick-fire goals to complete an impressive comeback.

As for the rest of City's April schedule, which features clashes with Tottenham Hotspur and Nottingham Forest, any changes will be confirmed in due course. The Premier League's latest TV selections have covered fixtures up to and including Monday, April 15.
