Two boys among six charged after police smash alleged county lines drugs gang
Six people have been charged - including two boys - after an investigation into an alleged county lines drugs gang dealing between Manchester and Cheshire. This follows a raid by the Serious and Organised Crime Unit of Cheshire Police on an address on Dock Road, Northwich, this week.
Six people were arrested and following questioning, have been charged with an array of drug offences. The six are:
• Two 15-year-old boys, both from Northwich - charged with three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (crack cocaine, heroin, and cocaine).
• Dahir Sharis, 18, of Yarburgh Street, Manchester - charged with three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (crack cocaine, heroin, and cocaine).
• Shaun Tomlinson, 56, of Spencer Street, Northwich - charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin, crack cocaine) and two counts of supplying Class A drugs (heroin, crack cocaine).
• Ilajah Cisse-Rubio, 18, of Freetown Close, Manchester - charged with three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (crack cocaine, heroin, and cocaine).
• Sharon Mears, 56, of Spencer Street, Northwich - charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin, crack cocaine) and two counts of supplying Class A drugs (heroin, crack cocaine).
Tomlinson and Shears were remanded into custody, while the remaining four defendants were bailed. All six are set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday 15 August. Cheshire Constabulary said: "The charges relate to alleged county lines drug dealing between Cheshire and Manchester."
