Tripadvisor names Manchester as one of the UK's top spots to visit

Manchester has been named among the most popular destinations in the UK, according to Tripadvisor. The city beat the likes of York, Glasgow and Brighton in the list published by the holiday review site.

The list was shared in Tripadvisor’s Summer Travel Index, which looks at a combination of search and consumer sentiment data to offer an insight into travel demand.
