Transfer news LIVE as Rangers and Celtic plus Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs eye signings

Teams are on the move but no more than Rangers with a hint of a new signing set to be unveiled before the game with Hearts.

The Ibrox boss admitted earlier this month that there would be a huge rebuild needed at the end of the season with a number of players out of contract. Allan McGregor, Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent will all be leaving Govan, while Ryan Jack has signed a new one-year deal. Scott Arfield, Filip Helander and Steven Davis are all out of contract and look set to depart as well.

Los Angeles FC star Jose Cifuentes looks to be a top target, while offers for free agents Kieran Dowell and Jack Butland alongside a permanent deal for Malik Tillman are all on the agenda.

In the east end of Glasgow, Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou will look to get his business done early again. AEK striker Levi Garcia and Luzern star Ardon Jashari have been touted with moves to Celtic Park. Heading in the other direction could be Albian Ajeti and Vasilis Barkas who are set to return from loan spells abroad.

In the North-east, Aberdeen look to have secured the signing of Livingston captain Nicky Devlin after he was spotted signing a contract at Pittodrie.

In England, questions are being asked about Kieran Tierney's future while Swansea boss Russell Martin looks set to land the Southampton job.

Juventus are poised to rival Liverpool for Teun Koopmeiners, according to Calciomercato (via The Echo).

The Dutchman is one of a number of midfielders linked with the Reds, along with the likes of Manuel Ugarte and Alexis Mac Allister.

Atalanta are expected to demand up to £35m for the 25-year-old, who joined from AZ in 2021.
