Transfer deadline aftermath LIVE as Celtic and Rangers plus Hibs go late and Hearts and Aberdeen finalise squads

The transfer window has slammed shut and now fans can strap themselves in after more twists and turns than a rollercoaster.

St Mirren secured a deadline-busting deal for Kevin Van Veen on loan until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.

The 33-year-old striker, who was on loan at Kilmarnock last season, moves to Paisley from Dutch side Groningen who he after a record-breaking final season at Motherwell where he scored 29 goals in 44 matches, including scoring in 11 consecutive games – a club record for the Steelmen.
