Trafford Centre 25th anniversary party LIVE updates as B*Witched roll back the years
Hundreds of shoppers are expected to flock to The Trafford Centre's Orient main stage tonight for a FREE celebration of the huge shopping mall's 25th anniversary. 90s pop stars B*Witched will be helping to roll back the years headlining the free event on Friday night.
The Trafford Centre first opened its doors in September 1998, a vast, Grecian-styled shopping centre unlike anything Greater Manchester had ever seen before. Back then, B*Witched were riding high in the charts with a raft of chart-topping hits.
Fans of the double-denim wearing fashion icons will be hoping to hear some of those hits at Friday night's party - including C'Est La Vie and Blame it On the Weatherman. The Irish girlband will be a part of the Endless Fashion Event hosted by radio presenter Chelsea Norris.
