Tottenham now 'lurking' for £14m Premier League star at Hotspur Way

Tottenham Hotspur have been ‘lurking’ in pursuit of Manchester United midfielder James Garner, with the Red Devils now open to offers at Old Trafford, according to talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook.
