During the State of Unreal April 2022 event, Crystal Dynamics confirmed that a new Tomb Raider game is in development.

However, what made the announcement extra exciting is that it will be powered by Unreal Engine 5, meaning that the game will have cutting-edge graphics and visuals that will blow your mind.

Since Tomb Raider was launched in 1996, the franchise developed into a mega-franchise for several years before being rebooted with new titles that enjoyed tremendous success in the 2010s.
