Tom Rogic shrugged off early Celtic critics as he knew turnaround was coming despite being 'written off'

Tom Rogic insists it’s been sweet to answer the critics who wrote Celtic off in the early weeks of Ange Postecoglou’s reign.

But the Parkhead playmaker is adamant the squad are taking nothing for granted in the title race and the team still have hard work to do to get over the line.

Rogic and his colleagues have thrived under Postecoglou this term to win a Premier Sports Cup and surge six points clear in the Premiership with just four games to go.

After losing three of their opening six title contests, doubts were placed on Celtic’s ability to mount a challenge.

But Rogic and his team have hit back sensationally and he said: “A season is always difficult, always quite gruelling, and you always have to earn it.
